Terms of Use

1. The website

The website presents our trailer rental, self-drive vehicle rental and fleet management services. Its content is for information only: availability, prices and conditions are confirmed when you contact us and only apply once set out in a rental contract signed by both parties.

2. Rentals

Each rental is governed by its own contract, which sets out the asset, term, prices, deposit, responsibilities and return rules. If these terms and the rental contract conflict, the contract prevails.

3. Management system

The management system is restricted to WS Frotas staff and authorised partners. Access is personal and non-transferable, by email and password or with a Google account.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret and for every action taken with your access.
• Use the system only for the purposes of your role and keep customer data confidential, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• You must not try to reach areas or data without authorisation, interfere with the system or copy data for unauthorised purposes.
• We may suspend or end access that breaches these terms, is no longer needed, or for security reasons.

4. Links sent to customers

Links we send to customers, such as contract signing, fine notices or payment links, are personal and non-transferable. Do not share them. If you receive one by mistake, let us know and do not use it.

5. Intellectual property

The WS Frotas brand, logo, text, images and the software of the website and system belong to WS Frotas or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the website and system available and secure, but they may be down for maintenance or become unstable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage caused by temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights under Brazil's Consumer Protection Code.

7. Privacy

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the latest update.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Florianópolis/SC have jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to sue in the courts of their own domicile.
